Delivery Ticket

A simple delivery ticket with the weight and square footage of the delivered products, along with delivery notes and signature lines. 

Customization services are available to add your logo and/or additional information about items included in the delivery.

Prerequisites:  This report also requires the use of Jobs and Job Shipments. Custom Item Types must have Custom Properties for "Weight" and "Area".
